Terms, refunds and privacy
The refund clause is part of what we sell, so this page is written to be read rather than to be survived.
What we deliver
We are engaged for a defined amount of work, agreed in writing before anything is charged. The scope names the deliverable: the number of pages, the searches they are built against, and the dates. We are responsible for delivering that scope.
We do not undertake to achieve any ranking position, any volume of traffic, any number of enquiries or any revenue outcome, and no statement anywhere on this site or in correspondence should be read as such an undertaking. Search engines and AI assistants decide what they show. Any supplier who promises you otherwise is promising something they do not control.
What you own
Everything we produce for you is yours on delivery: the pages, the text, the page template, and the research behind them. It is published on your domain, in your hosting, under your accounts. Nothing is licensed to you and nothing stops working if the engagement ends. We ask only that we may say that we worked with you, and if you would rather we did not, we do not.
Refunds
The Demand Report, $390. If the research concludes that your niche has insufficient demand to justify the work, or that it is held so tightly by established brands that this method would not move it, we say so and refund the fee in full. You keep the report. This is a stated outcome of the product, not a concession.
Build. Payable in two parts: on order and on delivery. If you reject the page template at the pilot stage and we cannot produce one you accept, the engagement ends there and the first part is returned less the research already delivered to you.
Run. Monthly, cancellable at the end of any month, with no notice period and no minimum term. Pages already published remain yours.
What we will not do
- Buy links on your behalf, or place your site into link networks.
- Publish anything on your domain that you have not approved in shape.
- Make claims of fact in your pages that we cannot source.
- Take on a competitor of an existing client in the same market without telling you first.
Your information
If you use the demand check, we take your email address, the industry and the market you enter, and your website if you give it. We use them to produce and send that one snapshot, and to reply if you write back. We do not sell them, we do not pass them to anyone, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Ask us to delete your details at any time, at hello@withprominence.com, and we will, and confirm it. The site itself sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
Getting in touch, and disputes
Everything runs by email at hello@withprominence.com, which is also where a complaint should go. Operator and registration details appear on the invoice for any engagement.
